Shipping Policy
WBM Smart offers shipping of smart products in 2-4 working days. Usually, the items are shipped on the same day. However, some occasions may take a longer period than usual. To determine the shipping charges, add the items to the cart. At the checkout, mention your complete address with the zip code. If some items are heavy or the weight load is large, like instance the home appliances, the shipping charges are determined according to the weight load of your package.
Shipping within the US
- Shipping is not confirmed until the payment gets confirmed. You will receive the confirmation email of the payment through email. Free shipping depends on the fulfillment of the order requirements
- We will get in touch with you depending in case we need any further information about your order
- We require 2-4 working days for the processing and shipment of your orders
- We do not ship to the P.O Boxes. All these kinds of orders get canceled. If you have any confusion about the delivery, you can get in touch with the customer care support
- Shipping and the processing time excludes public holidays and weekends
Shipping outside the US
- Unless specified, we ship packages internationally that takes 5-7 working days depending upon your location
- We do not ship orders until the payment is confirmed
- Free shipping is not available for orders outside the US
Duties, Customs and Taxes
For orders shipped outside the US, duties and taxes are applicable as per the laws of the company. Taxes, customs and duties are paid applicable on the relevant items as per laws. When the package gets received by you, the courier service may ask you for the applicable customs as per law on your order. We mention the detailed content on the package and its value stated as per law. Fees and taxes are calculated including the location, item values and taxes. If the order requires additional charges, the responsibility lies on the customers to pay them.
Track your Order
After order placing, you will receive the order number with the confirmation email. Track your parcel status using the order number on the website.
